Bloomberg employees enjoy one of the most exciting cultures in the world with incredible scope for personal development. They needed an employer brand to reflect that. Facing fierce competition around the world for Journalists, IT Developers, Financial Analysts, Sales Professionals and Graduates; the solution needed to work across a variety of global media channels and marketing activities.

Action
The core employer brand proposition focused on what you can achieve or ‘Be’ with Bloomberg. This simple, flexible message is conveyed through a distinctive, vibrant colour scheme featuring genuine people. They now stand out as a uniquely energised employer in what is a conventional, corporate marketplace.

Results
The entire brand was rolled out globally to great success, with talent acquisition targets met and significant budget savings on media. The effect on the graduate market was particularly pronounced and media, online and on-campus campaigns ensured Bloomberg were the 2nd highest climber in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, moving up over 30 places in one year alone.
