The Task
Addleshaw Goddard are recognised as innovators in the world of legal recruitment. Always keen to embrace emerging technologies, they wanted to improve their trainee communications prior to application and during the selection process.
Action
We developed an annual campaign of podcast and vodcast releases to communicate the many different aspects of graduate and trainee experiences. Future trainees subscribe via an RSS feed for automatic updates, keeping them engaged with the brand and informed about developments in a timely, easy and cost effective way.
Results
The podcast programme was also perfectly suited to communicating essential legal updates to clients. This led to our working with partners and various internal departments to produce Rapid Turnaround Podcasts (RTPs), ensuring they get their expert advice to market first. |
